Descripción

La UNIÓN ESCALONADA MAXIRAM SERIE 62 es un acoplamiento reductor diseñado para unir tuberías de diferentes diámetros nominales, independientemente del material. Su diseño permite transiciones seguras y eficientes entre tuberías de materiales como fierro fundido, hierro dúctil, asbesto cemento, GRP, acero, PVC y HDPE.

Características

  • Presión Nominal: 250 PSI.

  • Rango de Temperatura: -5°C a 80°C.

  • Diámetro Nominal: Desde DN 50 (2”) hasta DN 2000 (80”).

  • Componentes:

    • Anillo Intermedio de Acero: De longitud y espesor especificados.

    • Dos Bridas de Ajuste.

    • Dos Juntas Acuñadas Compuestas.

    • Pernos: Cantidad adecuada para comprimir correctamente las juntas en el acoplamiento.

  • Compatibilidad de Materiales: Diseñada para ofrecer transiciones entre tuberías con diferentes diámetros nominales independientemente de los materiales usados.

  • Versión para HDPE: Disponible con abrazadera de retención para tubos de HDPE.
